Rodok vs Lemlist compared: signals, channels, lead data, CRM and verified pricing. Lemlist for multichannel outreach, Rodok for LinkedIn signal-led outreach.

Pick Lemlist if outreach is your core job: multichannel sequences across email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp, a large lead database and strong deliverability tools, with signals as an add-on. Where Lemlist is stronger

Lemlist is one of the most complete outreach tools on the market. It reaches leads by email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp and SMS (lemlist.com), and its Multichannel plan includes LinkedIn automation, a built-in dialer and VoIP integrations, with WhatsApp as an add-on (pricing). If your team runs large multichannel campaigns, it's built for that.

Other places Lemlist is ahead:

  • A large lead database. Lemlist lists a 650M+ lead database on its plans (pricing). Rodok has a lead database and enrichment, but not a database of that size.
  • Deliverability. Every seat includes deliverability tools such as lemwarm, its automated warm-up (lemlist.com). Rodok sends from your own Gmail or Outlook without a warm-up network.
  • Calls and SMS. A built-in dialer on Multichannel (pricing). Rodok has no phone dialer.
  • LinkedIn automation. Included on Multichannel (pricing). Rodok's LinkedIn steps are tasks for the rep.
  • Integrations. HubSpot, Salesforce, an API and MCP (lemlist.com). Rodok connects to Gmail and Outlook.
  • A free trial. Lemlist's FAQ describes a 14-day free trial (pricing); Rodok has none.

If your playbook is volume across channels, Lemlist gives you more ways to reach people than Rodok does.

Where Rodok is stronger

Signals are the center, not an add-on. In Lemlist, signals are a paid add-on with a monthly allowance of 100 signals on the entry tier (pricing). In Rodok, signal trackers are the product. You describe what you're looking for in a sentence, like "people who just became Head of Partnerships at SaaS companies in Canada" or "founders posting about opening an office in Sydney", and the tracker finds matching LinkedIn posts, job changes and hiring on a schedule. Each signal is judged for fit, marked hot or warm, with a short note on why it matters. Read buying signals for how to pick them.

A watchlist of accounts and people. Put your target companies and key contacts on a watchlist and Rodok follows their jobs, arrivals, moves and posts.

A CRM included. Rodok has companies, people, deals, tasks, notes and files, Gmail and Outlook on every record, calendar sync and booking links, reports and forecasting, team chat and roles. With Lemlist you'll run a separate CRM.

Replies sorted for you. Rodok's replies inbox sorts replies by AI (interested, not now, referral, out of office, unsubscribe) with one-click actions, so a positive reply turns into a deal in the same place.

One price for signals, outreach and CRM. Rodok Pro is $79 a month for 3 seats with 4,000 credits for signals, leads and AI. You don't add a signals plan on top of an outreach plan.

LinkedIn steps inside the sequence. Rodok's LinkedIn steps are tasks: the AI drafts the line, the rep sends it from their own account. See our social selling guide for how that works.

A like-for-like setup for one person on Lemlist, with Multichannel and the signals add-on on monthly billing, is $109 plus $29, so $138 a month before a CRM. Rodok Pro is $79 a month for 3 seats with signals and a CRM included. The fair caveat: Lemlist's price includes automated LinkedIn steps, a dialer and a larger lead database.

Which one to choose

  • Choose Lemlist if high-volume outreach across email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp is your main motion.
  • Choose Lemlist if you need a large lead database and deliverability tools like warm-up in the same tool.
  • Choose Lemlist if you already run a CRM and want an outreach layer on top.
  • Choose Rodok if you want to start from signals you describe in your own words, not a fixed allowance.
  • Choose Rodok if you want signals, sequences, a replies inbox and a CRM in one workspace.
  • Choose Rodok if you want the AI to draft the message and your rep to review it before it goes out.
