Rodok (“we”) is a sales workspace: a CRM, a lead finder and tools that find people showing buying signals on LinkedIn. This page explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and your choices. Questions or requests: hello@rodok.co.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, work email, password (stored hashed), the workspace you belong to and your role in it. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from them.
- What you put in Rodok: the companies, people, deals, notes, tasks, files, sequences and messages in your workspace. This is your data. We process it to run the service for you.
- Connected mailboxes and calendars (optional): if you connect Gmail, Outlook or another mailbox, we read your email and calendar events through the provider’s API so they appear next to the right contact, and we send email you write from your own mailbox. We store the messages and events we sync in your workspace.
- Public professional information: when you ask Rodok to watch for buying signals or find leads, it collects public information such as LinkedIn posts, job changes and company details, and data from lead databases, to show you the people who match.
- Billing: payments are handled by Whop. We receive your plan, the billing status and receipts; we never see or store your card number.
- Usage and technical data: pages and actions in the app, errors, and basic device and network details, used to keep the service working and secure.
Google user data
If you connect a Google account, Rodok’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide the features you asked for in Rodok (showing your email and calendar next to your contacts, and sending the email you write). We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalized AI models. People at Rodok do not read your messages, except where you ask for support, where it is needed for security or abuse, or where the law requires it.
How we use data
- To provide, secure and support the service.
- To generate AI features you use (for example drafting a first message or judging whether a lead fits). Relevant text is sent to AI providers to produce the result.
- To bill you and to send service emails (receipts, security).
- To understand how the product is used and to improve it.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of providers to run Rodok, each only for its purpose: hosting and database (Render, Supabase, Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), payments (Whop), AI processing (our AI providers), and data collection for signals and leads (public-data and lead-data providers). Your workspace members can see what you share in the workspace. We disclose data if the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Where it is stored and for how long
Our database and file storage are in the European Union (Paris), and the application runs in Frankfurt. We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your workspace or ask us to, we delete or anonymize it, except where we must keep records (for example invoices) for legal reasons. Backups are removed on their normal schedule.
Your choices and rights
- You can disconnect a mailbox or calendar at any time in Settings; we then stop syncing it.
- You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or limit some processing, by writing to hello@rodok.co. If you are in the EU or UK you have these rights under the GDPR; if you are in California, under the CCPA.
- If you are not a customer but a person whose public information appears in a customer’s workspace, write to us to ask what we hold or to have it removed.
Security
Connections use HTTPS, passwords are hashed, mailbox tokens are encrypted at rest, and access to your workspace is limited to its members. No system is perfectly secure; if something affecting you goes wrong, we will tell you.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your theme and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell account holders by email or in the app.
