RodokThese terms apply when you use Rodok. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Rodok for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
The service
Rodok is a sales workspace: a CRM, lead finder, signal tracking, outreach sequences and AI assistance. We keep improving it, so features change. We may set up your account together with you after you subscribe, and we will contact you about that.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- A workspace has an owner and members. The owner decides who joins and is responsible for how the workspace is used.
Plans, payment and cancellation
- Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe, through our payment provider, Whop. There is no free trial. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you change plan, the unused days of your old plan are refunded. Credits included with a plan renew each period; credit packs you buy do not expire.
- We may change prices for future periods, with notice before they take effect.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Rodok to:
- break the law, including anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to the messages you send and the people you contact;
- send unsolicited bulk email or harass, mislead or impersonate anyone;
- violate the terms of the services you connect, including LinkedIn’s and your email provider’s;
- attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or access data that is not yours.
We can suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts the service or other people at risk.
Your data and ours
You own the data you put into Rodok. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. Rodok, its software, design and content belong to us. You may not copy or resell them.
AI and third-party data
Rodok uses AI to draft messages, judge leads and answer questions, and shows information gathered from public sources and lead databases. These outputs can be wrong or out of date. Check them before you rely on them or send them to someone; you are responsible for what you send.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Rodok available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it is still being developed. We may update or remove features. If we make a change that materially hurts you, we will give notice where we can.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Rodok and delete your workspace at any time. We can end or suspend access for breach of these terms. After the account closes we delete or anonymize your data as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell account holders and update the date above. Continuing to use Rodok after a change means you accept it.
