Trigify alternatives in 2027, after the HubSpot deal

Trigify joined HubSpot and the standalone product is winding down. The alternatives for LinkedIn signals, what each tracks and costs, and how to rebuild.

Short answer: if you used Trigify to track LinkedIn posts, engagement and job changes, the closest replacements are tools that watch LinkedIn for signals and help you act on them: Rodok, Teamfluence, Gojiberry, Common Room, UserGems and the signal features in Clay or Lemlist. They differ most on what they track, who they're priced for, and whether outreach is built in.

What happened to Trigify

On September 23, 2026, Trigify announced that its team was joining HubSpot and that the standalone product would be wound down. According to CX Foundation's report, standard customers kept access for about four weeks after the announcement, enterprise customers got individual dates, and Trigify accounts are not being moved into HubSpot.

If you relied on it, three things need replacing:

  1. The trackers: the keywords, people and companies you monitored on LinkedIn.
  2. The data: the leads and engagement history you collected. Export what you still can.
  3. The workflow: where signals went next (your CRM, a sequencer, Slack).

How to choose a replacement

Before comparing tools, write down how you actually used Trigify. Most teams fall into one of these:

  • Keyword and post monitoring: "people posting about hiring SDRs", "posts mentioning our competitor".
  • Engagement tracking: who likes and comments on your posts, your team's posts or a competitor's.
  • Job changes: champions or target personas moving to new companies.
  • Signals into outreach: turning what you found into messages, fast.

Then judge each alternative on four questions: does it track the signals you used, how much does it cost for your team size, does it find the contact and write the message or only show the signal, and where does the data go next?

Rodok

Rodok is built around describing a signal in plain words. You write "new heads of sales at SaaS companies in Europe" or "hotels opening in Spain that are hiring", and a tracker finds the matching LinkedIn posts, job changes and hiring each day. Each signal comes with the person to contact and a first message, and from there you can enroll them in an email and LinkedIn sequence, sort replies with AI and keep everything in the built-in CRM.

Best for: small and mid-size B2B teams who want signals and the outreach that follows in one place, without building workflows. Watch out for: if you only want a feed of engagement on your own posts, a lighter tool may be enough.

Teamfluence

Teamfluence focuses on the engagement around your team's LinkedIn presence: who interacts with your people's posts, turned into leads. It has published a Trigify migration guide and runs on a flat price with unlimited seats.

Best for: teams where several people post on LinkedIn and want to work the engagement. Watch out for: the entry price is aimed at teams, not solo founders.

Gojiberry

Gojiberry positions itself as an AI sales agent that finds high-intent prospects on LinkedIn and contacts them for you. It's in a similar price band to Rodok's Pro plan.

Best for: founders and small teams who want LinkedIn-first automation. Watch out for: confirm current pricing and which channels are covered before switching.

Common Room

Common Room pulls signals from many places (community, product usage, social, the web) and ties them to accounts and people. It's broader than LinkedIn and priced for larger teams.

Best for: companies with a community or product-led motion and a budget to match.

UserGems

UserGems is the specialist for job changes and champion tracking, now with AI agents on top. It's a strong fit for enterprise teams with a large customer base to mine.

Best for: enterprise sales teams whose best pipeline comes from past champions.

Clay

Clay lets you build almost any signal workflow from data providers, AI steps and integrations, in a spreadsheet-like interface. It's powerful, and it takes time to build and maintain.

Best for: teams with a GTM engineer who enjoys building. Watch out for: credits and the time to set it up.

Lemlist

Lemlist added buying signals to its outreach product as an add-on, so signals can trigger sequences directly.

Best for: teams already sending with Lemlist who want signals in the same place.

How to rebuild your Trigify trackers

Whatever you pick, the move goes faster with a plan:

  1. List every tracker you had and what it was for: keyword monitoring, engagement, job changes.
  2. Rewrite each one as a sentence: who, what happened, where. "Marketing leaders at fintechs in the UK who posted about switching CRM" is better than a list of keywords.
  3. Check the first results before turning anything on: are these the people you'd actually contact?
  4. Reconnect the next step: your CRM, your sequences or your team's Slack.
  5. Re-import your past leads so you don't contact the same people twice.

Frequently asked questions

Is Trigify shutting down?

Trigify announced on September 23, 2026 that its team was joining HubSpot and that the standalone product would be wound down. Standard accounts kept access for a few weeks after the announcement, and accounts are not being transferred to HubSpot.

What is the best Trigify alternative?

It depends on how you used it. For signals plus built-in outreach at a small-team price, look at Rodok. For team LinkedIn engagement, Teamfluence. For broad multi-source signals at enterprise budgets, Common Room or UserGems. For build-it-yourself workflows, Clay.

Is there a cheap alternative to Trigify?

Rodok's Pro plan is $79 a month for three seats, and Gojiberry is in a similar range. Lemlist's signals add-on starts at $21 a month but requires a Lemlist plan.

Can I move my Trigify data to another tool?

Trigify accounts are not being migrated to HubSpot, so export your leads and lists while you still can, then import them into your new tool or CRM so you keep your history and avoid contacting people twice.
