Where UserGems is stronger

UserGems has spent years on one problem: knowing when someone who already likes your product moves to a new company. Its Past Champions signal checks the contacts you track (past buyers, users and evaluators) for job changes every week and shows their new company and contact details (help center). If you have thousands of closed-won contacts in your CRM, that list alone can feed a sales team.

It is also built for the enterprise stack. It plugs into Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics, into Marketo, into sales engagement tools like Outreach, Salesloft and Gong Engage, and into LinkedIn, Meta and Google ads (usergems.com). Rodok connects to Gmail and Outlook and keeps its own CRM; it doesn't sync with Salesforce or HubSpot. If your company lives in Salesforce, that matters.

UserGems also covers ground Rodok doesn't:

  • Website visits and contact-level intent. UserGems lists both as signals, and its Elite plan includes web de-anonymization (pricing). Rodok does not identify website visitors or buy third-party intent data.
  • Ads. Higher plans sync audiences to ad platforms. Rodok doesn't run ads.
  • Unlimited users. Every plan includes unlimited admin and end users (pricing). For a 100-person revenue team, per-seat math stops being a concern.
  • A results guarantee. UserGems' pricing page offers money back if you don't get ROI in closed-won revenue (pricing). Read the terms with their team, but few tools make that offer at all.

If you're an enterprise with a big installed base and a RevOps team, UserGems is a serious, focused product.

Where Rodok is stronger

You describe the signal; you don't pick from a menu. In Rodok, a tracker starts as a sentence: "new heads of sales at SaaS companies in Canada", "dental clinics opening in Texas that are hiring", "people posting about switching CRM". The tracker finds the LinkedIn posts, job changes and hiring that match, judges each one for fit, marks it hot or warm and writes a short note on why it matters. You aren't limited to people who already know you.

Job changes beyond your own customers. UserGems' champion tracking starts from contacts already in your CRM. Rodok's job-change tracker finds people who started a role in the last 90 days, filtered by title, function, seniority, company size, market and industry, or only the new changes day by day. That's useful when your customer base is small, which is true for most young companies. For more on why new roles matter, see what buying signals are.

Signals, outreach and CRM in one place. From a signal, Rodok finds the person to contact and drafts the first message. You can enroll them in a sequence with email steps sent from your own Gmail or Outlook and LinkedIn steps as tasks for the rep, then sort the replies with AI (interested, not now, referral, out of office) and keep the deal in the built-in CRM. You don't need a separate CRM, sequencer and data tool to make it work.

Price and commitment. Rodok Pro is $79 a month for 3 seats. You can start this week, on a credit card, without a procurement cycle.

Made for small sales teams. Rodok is built for founders and teams of 2 to 10 reps selling SaaS and B2B services in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. You get a product shaped for that size of team, not an enterprise rollout.

To make it concrete: a 10-seat team on Rodok Pro pays $79 plus 7 extra seats at $19, so $212 a month. Billed yearly (10 months for 12), that's $2,120 a year. UserGems Core is $40,000 a year plus a $3,000 implementation fee in year one, for unlimited users.

The fair reading: UserGems is priced for companies where one recovered champion deal pays for the year. Rodok is priced for teams where that budget doesn't exist yet.

Which one to choose

  • Choose UserGems if you have a large customer base in Salesforce or HubSpot, past champions are your best source of pipeline, and you have the budget and a RevOps owner.
  • Choose UserGems if you need website de-anonymization, ad audience sync or enterprise security reviews in the same tool.
  • Choose Rodok if you want to find new people showing a signal, not only track the ones you already know.
  • Choose Rodok if you're a team of 1 to 20 sellers and want signals, sequences, a replies inbox and a CRM without stitching tools together.
  • Choose Rodok if you sell SaaS or B2B services in the US, UK, Canada or Australia, where LinkedIn is the best source of buying signals.
  • Use both if you're a larger company: UserGems on your installed base, Rodok for a team or region that prospects net-new accounts on LinkedIn.

Frequently asked questions

How much does UserGems cost?

UserGems lists three plans on its pricing page: Core at $40,000 a year, Advanced at $75,000 and Elite at $150,000, each with unlimited users. There's a one-time implementation fee of $3,000 to $10,000 depending on the plan. Prices were checked on November 1, 2026.

Is there a cheaper UserGems alternative for small teams?

Yes. Rodok tracks job changes and other LinkedIn signals from $79 a month for 3 seats, with outreach and a CRM included. It doesn't track your past champions inside Salesforce the way UserGems does, but it finds anyone who started a matching role in the last 90 days.

Does Rodok track job changes like UserGems?

Rodok tracks people who started a role in the last 90 days, filtered by title, function, seniority, company size, market and industry, and you can switch to new changes only, day by day. You can also put specific people and companies on a watchlist to follow their moves. It doesn't sync your CRM contacts from Salesforce or HubSpot to watch them automatically.

Does UserGems integrate with Salesforce and HubSpot?

Yes. UserGems lists Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics as CRM integrations, plus sales engagement tools like Outreach and Salesloft. Rodok has its own CRM and connects to Gmail and Outlook rather than to an external CRM.
