This article is about Salesloft the sales engagement platform at salesloft.com.

What Salesloft is now, and the Clari question

Salesloft's homepage calls it "The Leading Predictive Revenue System." It groups the product by audience: Cadence for sales engagement, Conversation Intelligence, Deals and Rhythm for account teams, and Clari Forecast, Inspect, Revenue Cadences and Analytics for executives and RevOps, plus Signals and AI agents (salesloft.com).

On the merger, here is only what we checked on November 1, 2026:

  • Salesloft's own newsroom has a release dated August 7, 2025, saying Clari and Salesloft agreed to merge, with the transaction expected to close in the fall of 2025 (newsroom).
  • Clari's old web address, clari.com, now forwards to salesloft.com, and the Salesloft homepage lists Clari Forecast as one of its products, with login links for Clari Forecast, Conversations and Groove (salesloft.com).
  • The Salesloft homepage footer reads "© 2026 Salesloft, Inc."

We didn't find a page that spells out how the products are now packaged, so ask the vendor which modules share data before you compare it to anything else.

Why teams look for a Salesloft alternative

  1. No published price. Salesloft's pricing page has no plans or amounts, only "Talk to Sales" and "Book time with us."
  2. It's built for larger revenue teams. Forecasting, inspection and analytics matter when a manager reviews dozens of deals. A team of four reps may use a small part of the suite.
  3. Sequences don't tell you who to write to. Engagement tools run the follow-up. They need a good list and a good reason to reach out.

Enterprise suite or lean outbound

  • Enterprise suite: engagement, call analysis, deal inspection and forecasting from one vendor, sold by a sales team. Salesloft, Outreach and Gong sit here.
  • Lean outbound: sequences, data and a CRM at a price you can read on a page. Apollo, Lemlist and Rodok sit here.

Outreach

Outreach says it unifies sales engagement, conversation intelligence, deal management and forecasting in one platform (outreach.ai). Its pricing page lists Amplify plans by AI credit volume, with custom pricing on request, and says pricing is per user with no platform fees (pricing).

Best for: teams that want the same kind of suite from another vendor. Watch out for: it's another quote-based purchase.

Apollo

Apollo pairs a contact database with sequences and a dialer. The pricing page lists Free, Basic, Professional and Custom, and describes Professional as the plan with higher credit limits, AI features and call recording. Credits are pooled across the team and unused credits don't roll over. Amounts weren't shown when we checked (pricing). See Apollo alternatives.

Best for: small teams that want data and sending at a self-serve price. Watch out for: read the credit rules before you model monthly usage.

Lemlist

Lemlist's Email plan includes a 650M+ lead database, email warm-up and AI agents. Multichannel adds LinkedIn automation, SMS and a dialer, at $109/month or $87 billed annually. Buying intent signals are an add-on at $29/month for 100 signals (pricing). Details in Lemlist alternatives and Rodok vs Lemlist.

Best for: outreach-heavy teams that want several channels. Watch out for: it has no forecasting, and LinkedIn automation acts on your own account, so read LinkedIn's terms.

Gong

Gong records and transcribes calls, meetings and emails and analyzes them for objections and buying signals (gong.io). It also sells Engage and Forecast. Pricing is per user plus a platform fee, by custom proposal (pricing). See Gong alternatives.

Best for: teams with managers who coach from calls. Watch out for: no published price, and a different job from sequencing.

Rodok

Rodok is a CRM (Starter) plus signals, a lead database and sequences (Pro). You describe a signal in a sentence ("new Heads of Sales at B2B software companies in the US") and trackers find the matching LinkedIn posts, job changes and watchlist moves on a schedule, each marked hot or warm. The lead database finds people by title, seniority, company size, industry and market and usually returns a work email. Sequences send email steps from your own Gmail or Outlook, with A/B versions and a review queue, and LinkedIn steps become tasks for the rep. A replies inbox sorts answers, and the CRM has deals, reports and forecasting.

Best for: founders and teams of 2 to 10 who want signals, outreach and a CRM at a price on the page. Watch out for: Rodok does not record calls or inspect deals through call analysis, and it integrates with Gmail and Outlook rather than a long list of apps.

How to choose

1. Count the people who will use it

Under ten reps, a published price and a short setup usually matter more than forecasting depth. Over thirty, consider the suite vendors.

2. Separate sending from insight

Sequences are one job. Call analysis and forecasting are two more. You can buy them from one vendor or three. Our best revenue intelligence platforms guide groups them.

3. Decide what triggers a sequence

A sequence started from a list sends the same message to everyone. One started from a signal, such as a new leader or a hiring push, gives you a reason to write. See sales sequences and buying signals.

4. Ask for the full price

For quote-based tools, ask for seats, platform fees, add-ons and contract length in writing.
