Pricing

3 seats, $9 per extra seat. The CRM: pipeline, contacts, Gmail and Outlook, calendar, booking links and reports.
Start with Starter3 seats, $19 per extra seat. Everything in Starter plus LinkedIn signals, the lead database, sequences and AI agents to find new clients.
Start with ProA CRM for sales gives every rep one pipeline, every deal a next step and the owner a forecast. For a CRM for sales teams of 2 to 10 people, or a CRM for a small sales team, the test is whether reps keep it current without nagging. Email sync and few required fields decide that.
What a small sales team needs
Big CRMs are built for operations teams. A small team has no admin, so the setup has to be short and the daily use almost automatic. The core is:
- A pipeline with your stages. A typical B2B path is Lead, Qualified, Demo, Proposal, Negotiation, Won or Lost. Name yours.
- Companies, people and deals linked together, so a new contact at a customer shows up on the account.
- Email and calendar sync, so calls and threads attach to records without logging.
- Tasks and reminders, so no deal sits without a next step.
- A forecast. Stage probabilities and quotas turn the pipeline into a number.
- Roles and permissions, so a new rep sees what they should.
Forecast without a spreadsheet
Rodok's reports show forecast against quota for a quarter or year: what is won, the weighted value of open deals using the stage probabilities you set, the best case, and deals that are past their close date. A pipeline-by-stage view highlights stale deals. If you want to check the math yourself, try the pipeline coverage calculator and the win rate calculator, and read about sales velocity.
What to compare when you choose
| Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Is email sync included in the base price? | Without it, reps stop logging. |
| How many seats are in the price, and what does a new seat cost? | Small teams grow in ones and twos. |
| Can you rename stages and fields without an admin? | You will change them in month two. |
| Does it help find new leads, or only store them? | A CRM full of nothing does not help. |
| What do the add-ons cost? | Sequences, data and reporting are often sold separately. |
| What does it not do? | Phone dialers, website visitor tracking and third-party integrations vary. |
Check each vendor's own pricing page for current numbers. I have not compared prices for HubSpot or Pipedrive here. Rodok has no dedicated comparison page for those, but for data and signal tools see Rodok vs Apollo and Rodok vs ZoomInfo.
Rodok's plans
- Starter, $29 for 3 seats: the CRM with mail. Companies, people, deals, tasks, notes, files, Gmail and Outlook on every record, calendar sync and booking links, reports and forecasting, team chat on records, roles and permissions.
- Pro, $79 for 3 seats, $19 per extra seat: everything in Starter plus LinkedIn signals, a lead database and enrichment, sequences, a replies inbox and AI agents.
Yearly billing costs 10 months.
What Rodok does not do: it has no phone dialer, and does not identify website visitors. Email works through Gmail and Outlook, LinkedIn steps in a sequence are tasks for the rep, and there are no other integrations to count on.
Signals that fill a small team's pipeline
A CRM only helps if there are leads in it. Rodok Pro watches LinkedIn for events you describe in a sentence:
- A new head of sales at a target company. Tracker: "people who started as VP or head of sales at SaaS companies in the US in the last 90 days." See new executive.
- A company hiring a team you sell to. Tracker: "companies hiring five or more SDRs." See hiring surge.
- A past champion who changed jobs. See champion job change.
- A funding round. See funding round.
- A post asking for tool recommendations. See recommendation request.
More on this in sales trigger events and buying signals.
A first message example
An example, not a template:
Hi Dana, congratulations on starting as Head of Sales at Northgate. New sales leaders often spend the first month working out where pipeline will come from. We help teams of your size find accounts showing buying signals each morning. Worth 15 minutes next week?
Where Rodok fits and where it does not
Rodok fits small, US-led B2B teams that want a CRM and a way to find new leads in one place. If you are a large team needing custom enterprise objects, a dialer or many integrations, compare more widely.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best CRM for a small sales team?
The one reps will use daily. Prioritize email sync, a short setup, your own stages and a forecast. Rodok Starter is $29 for 3 seats and includes those.
How much does a CRM for sales teams cost?
It varies by vendor and add-ons. Rodok Starter is $29 for 3 seats and Pro is $79 for 3 seats, with $19 per extra Pro seat. Check other vendors' pricing pages for their current numbers.
Do I need Pro or is Starter enough?
Starter is enough if your leads already come from referrals, inbound or your own lists. Choose Pro if you want Rodok to find new people from LinkedIn signals and send sequences.
